MBA Office Events

NUS MBA Office organizes several events all around the year for its students and alumni.

Happy Hour.

Every month, the MBA Student Development Unit will organize a networking event for first and second year MBA students. This invitation will also be extended to the Career Services Department, Global Alumni Network Office, Dean’s Office, Development Office, IRO, Corp Communications Office, all faculty and staff involved with the MBA students to give everyone a platform to interact with each other.

Most of these Happy Hour events take place at MRB Atrium from 4.30pm to 6.3pm so all part time and full time students are able to participate.

Welcome Back Luncheon

The Welcome Back Luncheon is organized in the beginning of each academic term ie August and January to welcome all students back to school. This is held at NUSS.

Study Trips

The NUS MBA Study Trips are conducted bi-annually with the objective to provide international exposure by allowing students to learn the best corporate, entrepreneurial and governmental practices in another country.
These trips offer a wealth of knowledge as students get immediate access to Directors, CEOs and government officials, engaging in insightful dialogues. Recent study trips include that to Los Angeles (2012), Korea (2011,2009), the Philippines (2009), China (2008), USA (2008), Indonesia (2007), Hong Kong (2007), etc.
